"One of my favourite places since childhood yes I know I'm a nerd . But the recent addition of the coffee shop is amazing I love setting up my books n studying here in the 90s n while the atmosphere of the old reference library is different being able to set up laptop n coffee is definitely way of future .
Coffee is one of best in town. Cakes are delicious only critism maybe add. Sandwiches and savoury snacks to menu .
Art gallery and Musium has constantly changing interesting exhibitions . I'm shocked no other reviews have mentioned the local hero that is Brian the Lion. Over 100 years old and a delight to meet . .
The building itself is a very beautiful old building if you have time take a moment. And admire the architecture. Both inside and out and be grateful for the town planners and council who have invested in this beautiful free resource for us all .
