Dr Neil’s Garden. 🤩🌳 On the edge of Duddingston Loch in Edinburgh, this secret garden is tucked away from the city bustle! Who is Dr Neil? They were Drs Nancy and Andrew Neil, a husband and wife team of GP’s who started to plant the garden on part of neighbouring Duddingston Kirk’s land in 1963 and transformed it into the beautiful space it is today!! Definitely check this place out!! 🤩🤩 . . . ....

"beautiful scenery right in the middle of the capital. Walk along the road from Holyrood park or behind the loch along the Innocent railway line (disused) There are often Herons nesting here along with a large variety of other bird life. Duddingston village is worth a quick visit, especially the Sheeps' heid Inn (one of the oldest in the UK)"
