Visited on a Sunday however the visibility was a bit limited at that time but still enjoyed some panoramic views across Fleetwood and out to sea across Morecambe bay to Barrow, the structure is popular for birdwatching and photography. More bird species can be seen at low tide.
The towers volunteers were very helpful in explaining the function of the tower and how it integrates with the coastguard service and also showing visitors around.
