What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors rave about Headley Heath's beautiful countryside, diverse trails, and tranquil atmosphere, making it ideal for walks and dog adventures. While parking fees apply for non-members and some paths can get muddy, the stunning views and natural beauty are consistently praised.
"Fantastic woodland and parkland with beautiful countryside walks and stunning views. Couple of car parks so plenty of parking but need either the Just Pay app or coins. Pathways are mostly gravel with some grass areas so can get muddy in the winter. Some steep gradients which are more challenging but worth it for the excellent views. Great for dog walks or for a nice stroll amongst nature."

"What a beautiful place and full of amazing walks. We did a 7km walk and it has a bit of up and down but fairly manageable. On a sunny day, the walking path has enough shade and the overall path is clean and easy to navigate. There is an ice cream can also till 5pm, in spring/summer time. If you are not a national trust member, you have to pay for parking."

"Beautiful place for a general walk or hike. We managed to hike near Box Hill, and turn back to Headley Heath. There’s plenty of trails to choose from. The terrain varies in places, we did face a few inclines but there’s equally plenty of flat land if that’s what you prefer. There’s a couple of benches next to the car park for a picnic. Parking is free for National Trust members."
