Reception team are absolutely disgusting. The lady that was on the desk everything about her was horrendous. Didnt catch her name. (Shoulder length hair with bangs wears

Was absolutely awful she made remarks which are unacceptable. I am appalled. I am sure it was racially motivated. Micro aggressions."
