"Lots of seals on our visit as it was moulting season. Quite an amazing sight but not permitted to get too close, which is understandable.
ยฃ4 parking is a bit steep considering there are no other facilities including basic public conveniences."
Eddie E
"Magic! This is probably the most amazing wildlife experience I have ever had. There are thousands of grey seals on the beach. Mamas with their pups. You can see them breastfeeding the babies and if you are lucky, you can actually see them giving birth. The best time of the year to go and see these beautiful animals. There is plenty of volunteers keeping an eye on people (and dogs) so they keep the distance. Visitors are allowed to stand on the dunes. If somebody enters the beach there is a risk that mother seals would abandon their babies. So it is very important to keep that in mind. My photos show lots of details but it is thanks to the zoom lenses."
