Does the Vindico Arena have any food outlets?
Searched the website, and it didn't mention it. We've got family coming from out of town, and want to know what the options are. We went a long time ago and there was a burger place, but apparently it's not there anymore, so I have heard.

First Timer!
Bought tickets for Friday's game for my partner's birthday. First time ever going to Cardiff ice arena. Will most likely be driving over. Tickets say 7:30pm start. Is there anything I need to know beforehand? Is there anywhere nearby to grab some dinner? Thanks!

What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Ice Arena Wales is a popular venue, especially for Cardiff Devils ice hockey games, praised for its electric atmosphere and fun skating opportunities. While the staff are consistently commended for their helpfulness, particularly with lessons, visitors often note challenges with parking and the cost/quality of on-site food and drink. Recent changes to public skating rules regarding jumps and spins have also been mentioned.
"This is a fantastic night out. And watching the Cardiff Devils. Is a fantastic experience for anybody. Even if you’ve never watched ice hockey before definitely worth going to the venue and taking in the whole experience."

"Great venue for a fun night out as a couple or as a group. Lovely atmosphere and plenty of space to get around inside the venue. Drink prices were as expected. Getting into the venue itself was easy and quick. Staff on the doors and bag check were good. I will say however that the car park arrangements are not great. We got stuck in the traffic loop outside of the venue trying to get into the parking in the lot opposite (formerly toys r us) which took about 30 minutes to get through only to find the parking was full. We were directed to a lot at the side of the arena being stewarded by two people which took another 20 minutes to get through due to the pace of the stewards and traffic lights, only to get to the front to be told that it was cash only, and this had to be paid upfront - they couldn't let you in and then go and get cash to pay afterwards. This then led to loads of cars stopping in the middle of the road with hazards on, on double yellows (as directed by the parking steward), with people running through the traffic to get cash out at Morrisons. In the end we were nearly 30 minutes late meeting friends so we just ended up parking in Morrisons chancing it for their 3 hours free parking. Three weeks have passed and we haven't received any parking charge notices, so fingers crossed we've dodged that. Final note to say the bar queue seemed to take a long time despite the fact that there was 4 people serving and there only being about 12 people in the queues all together. Overall though its a great and unique night out to watch the ice hockey and I would recommend it to anyone looking for something different to do. There were 3 20 minutes periods of the game play with 2 18 minutes intervals between. You don't have to know what the rules are to enjoy what's going on. Just soak up the atmosphere and have fun."
