Beaver dad reunited with his family 🦫💚 The final beaver has been released into Idle Valley Nature Reserve! He was a little shy and not quite ready to be transported with his family the week before, but has now joined his 4 kits on the reserve. The 8 beavers now in Nottinghamshire were reintroduced to enhance the natural environment and improve water quality 🌿

Wind is not my favourite thing to ride in, so I gave yesterday a miss, but had to go on a local ride this morning after a trip to the gym. Idle Valley and Daneshill Lakes where I had to stop off at the excellent @lowscalescoffee_ltd for a chocolate muffin and a coffee 😁 #idlevalleynaturereserve #daneshilllakes #orangeclockworkevo29 #mtb #mtblife #sundaymtbride #mountainbiking #stormamy #autumnvibe...

"First time visitor today, what a wonderful natural place to walk around, look out for wildlife and to relax. Cafe excellent. Staff superb even though it was a busy and sunny Bank holiday. Well done."

Patrick Cherry

"Fantastic place to visit super surroundings and a large array of wildlife to spot. It's a shame that some of the dog walkers can't take notice of the signs about dogs being on leads. The irresponsible dog owner's that dispose of the dogs waste in the surrounding bushes and hedgerows is deplorable and inexcusable and giving the descent dog owners a bad name."
