"The theater was easy to get to, and has lots of parking available. Inside the foyerthere is plenty of space available to meet up and chat, whilst waiting to go inside for the shows. I expected to find a slightly larger auditorium, but for the show that I saw there were still a few empty seats, so in fact it was more than adequate. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. I'd happily go to another show at this theater."

"The theatre itself is beautiful, but the staff were extremely rude. My friend came with her autistic child, who was quietly looking at his phone. A staff member came over and told him he couldn’t use it. Even after explaining that he’s autistic and tired, the man didn’t care and spoke to them very disrespectfully. The child got upset and his mum had to calm him down during the whole show, unable to enjoy it. Very poor attitude and absolutely no understanding for disabled children."

"Theatre overall is amazing but the staff working there are horrible. My friend had her autistic child who was looking at the phone and very rude man who worked there came and said he can't have his phone when we explained hes autistic and is tired he didn't care . Left with very bad feeling as his mum had to calm him down all the show and couldn't enjoy the show. And the way the worker was talking with them was soo rude and they had to leave . Very baf experience specially for disabled child."
