While the lack of on-site toilets is a minor drawback, the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive, with many eager to return.
"This is one of my best go-to parklands in Bracknell. Wonderful green spaces filled with beautiful mature trees, a few slopes and paths to walk up and down on and super safe and friendly vibe that draws me in every time I pass by or need a bit of nature in my day. A few benches here and there if you get weary, some interesting sculptures to look out for too. It has its own little orchard, a small amphitheatre, a hideaway hut and most likely the longest picnic bench you will ever find, made from one of the old fallen trees. I love how this park is always filled with beauty, no matter what the season. It is very well looked after and super clean. On some days, there is also a coffee cart near the entrance to its free car park. Whether you’re a local, a visitor, a dog-walker or just fancy a mindful stroll, this place is sure to leave you wanting to pop back again and again. Oh, and look out for the family of redwoods perched on top of the hill!"
