"We decided to go to the Outwoods because the walking trails were in a concentrated area. It offered a choice of walks for people who wanted to keep to easy walking. As well as walks that took you higher up to show you more of the views. There is parking for approx 60 vehicles. It cost £2 for the day. There is also Olivia's cafe where you can buy excellent food and drinks. There are toilets as well. We certainly enjoyed ourselves."

David M Eaton

"No toilet facilities open, werent working on a packed day, however parking was cheap and easy to find, however you can park outside for free (if its not muddy and you can find a space), can see loughborough university, benches are common to find and the walk only takes around 60 minutes. Cafe available and interesting history."
