"This centre has some classes running. I am not entirely sure if the classes are run by the centre themselves or the place rented out to individuals. The centre works as a money making machine with minimal safety for children. I had a concert regarding the safety of my child . I must say that the Manager was initially extremely responsive but then the real question of my child's safety was unanswered. I tried to ask the point of escalation but received no response. My child was made to leave all alone late in the evening and the centre didn't think this was a serious enough issue. I would request you to do your own due diligence if your children are to be left in this centre alone. My advice would be to stay away from this centre"

"Our sons have been attending music school at MJ Centre for a couple of years. Unfortunately, the administration has gone downhill over the last 12 months (hence we are taking them away to be tutored elsewhere). Emails are not responded to for weeks but parents' response is required within hours (and over the weekend). It is challenging to organise an ABRSM exam sitting - the dates are confirmed very late and there is no choice about time/date, payments can only be made via the phone and if you do not respond instantly, you are crossed off the list. To explain to children why they are not doing the exam they were prepping for many months is not easy, especially as it is a result of poor school management. So if you do have spare time to chase things which should be natural, go ahead, otherwise - avoid!"
