Instead of leaving us to wait for the next train, which was in 2 hours, the staff at Middlesbrough railway have organised a mini bus for the 14 of us who were delayed. I want to thank them for their customer service and not leaving us stranded. They also instructed us on how to claim compensation for the delayed trip. Thank you Middlesbrough railway!"
