I'm staying in Godalming for the next couple of weeks with my dog, but aren't sure where I can walk her safely off leash where there won't be many people around. Are there any places within walking distance of Godalming College? Or 5-10 min drive with decent parking?

"Witley common is a beautiful area to take the children or just enjoy the peace and quiet. Great adventure area with benches to keep the kids active while you enjoy a picnic cuppa. Unfortunately the tracks and pathways are covered in dog poo. It would be so beautiful with out the selfish behaviour of so called dog lovers."
