"This is one of the best places to go walking or cycling in the local area! There's an abundance of wildlife and beautiful scenery to be enjoyed.. my most recent walk 09/03/2024 I spotted a kingfisher along the stretch nearer to Cossall bends... the only criticism was the lack of bins and a few trees had fallen into the canal which looked abit untidy in some parts."
