Reviews Summary

Visitors consistently praise Ord Hill for its stunning panoramic views of Inverness and the Moray Firth, and its well-maintained woodland trails. The improved car park access is also a plus. Some note that trees can obscure parts of the view, and seating is limited.

"Well looked after car park area and paths around the hill.
The view point towards Inverness and the Kessock Bridge is not to miss.
There's only one bench on the path and if you are fit it's fine. However, older folk would need to consider the time it needs to walk around. We usually take the full circle for 45 mins leisure walking, but today it took us almost 2h as we had an older lady with us. I hope this will help those concerned.
5⭐️ all the way otherwise. We love it."

Stefan Slavovski

"A couple of marked forestry tracks and lots of branches. Pictish fort at the top and Used to be a really good view over the firth but mostly obscured by trees now."

Ian Beange

"Amazing views from summit. Easy walk."
