Visitors appreciate the peaceful atmosphere, the week-long ticket validity, and the accessibility features like available scooters. However, some find the food prices to be high, and a few have experienced less-than-welcoming service.
"The Pinetum itself is absolutely wonderful. A huge collection of conifers and pine trees of every size, colour and shape. Truly spectacular. The other gardens are pleasant and it's a nice walk to the lake and around it. The winter garden is another highlight, as is the woodland walk, that you might miss if you're not careful."

"Beautiful gardens in late September, not crowded, good parking and facilities. They have a few scooters for the less mobile, a great kitchen for good food and priced very well. Exquisitely maintained by experts in their fields (pun intended).
We didn't stay in the on-site chalets so can't say what they are like but assuming they're run by the garden staff then I'm sure they're excellent?
Cheers"

"Had a lovely afternoon visit to Pinetum Gardens, the few staff were friendly and the grounds are very pretty and peaceful and worth a relaxing and enjoyable walk round.
The cafe had a nice selection of treats too and friendly service.
Recommend visiting if this is something that interests you. The plant varieties are impressive and well presented and the garden themes are interesting."
