"Been here quite a few times as need a quiet place to study, the place is really clean and staff can be really helpful. Down side is I have asked to use the toilet as often spend quite some time in there and it really depends on the staff and what mood they are in on whether they allow you to use the toilet or not. Never been to any other library where there is not a toilet for its users. One time one of the staff members kindly allowed me to go in and when I went out a different staff member very rudely said I shouldn’t be in there, so embarrassing."

"Visited today for the first time, the young man at the counter got me sorted with a library card very quickly and even found me four Jeremy Clarkson books once they were available (there was a kids event on in the corner which was blocking access).
Brilliant, friendly service. The place was also very neat and tidy and well organised.
