"Really fascinating and informative tour. Very knowledgeable guides who kept everyone’s interest the entire time. Parking and toilets and wonderful walks to do before or after along the cliff edge (swcp). Definitely recommend to pre book. There is also a cafe at Geevor mine next door if needed."

"I would absolutely recommend to visit this place. Pre-booking is required, there is a car park and toilet facilities as well.
They show you two of the shaft entrances, the boiler house and the beam engine which is still working! It is amazing to see such a wonderful machine at work! I got to know a lot about mining, it was very informative! Great for people who are fascinated with history.
You can also walk around the site to look at the remains of different buildings."

"You must book to get in , small parties cos of limited space in building. I was a little early for mine and spent time wandering the ruins to see old arsenic kilns etc and walked along coast path to lighthouse. If you want to do this wear proper footwear as the paths are rough in places. The history of the mine and mining practice was fascinating and to see the steam beam engine working was too. The guides extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Not suitable for wheelchairs. Think I saw toilets but no refreshments."
