Reviews Summary

Visitors rave about Stratford Park's free entry and abundant green space, making it a perfect family-friendly destination. The Museum in the Park is praised for its interesting exhibits and charming gardens, while the arboretum and lake offer serene natural beauty. Some minor points of improvement could include clearer signage for certain areas and ensuring all facilities are consistently maintained.

"Absolutely loved visiting here. We had a lovely day and will definitely visit often.
The car park is free, as is the Museum (although you can leave a donation).
The museum was very interesting and the walled gardens out the back was super pretty. There is a large play area which kept my children entertained for ages, alongside massive green space. We didn't visit the lido but this is right next to the play area/car park.
There is a sensory garden, a skate park and a cafe (with a smaller play area outside).
We finished off with a walk around the arboretum and lake, we seen ducks and swans and there was also a little woodland area to walk through.
Everything was kept very clean with no rubbish about. Public toilets are right next to the car park.
You could easily make a whole day of it with a picnic!"
