"We had such a great experience at Tivoli, the beautiful cinema tucked away in the basement of Regent Arcade. The aesthetic is absolutely stunning classy, cosy, and fits right in regency Cheltenham. We recently bought a membership and are so glad we did; the comfort and atmosphere are miles ahead of a regular cinema.
What really stood out, though, was the service. I forgot to use my membership discount when booking, but the staff were incredibly kind and went out of their way to fix it without any fuss. It was a small thing, but the way they handled it really showed their attention to detail and commitment to great customer care.
We’ll definitely be coming back our date night here was perfect. Highly recommended!"

"Turned up to the cinema Saturday night to a very empty bar area. Told that we have the screen to ourselves and to sit in any seat we liked. We got into the screen and to my wife’s shock every table had empty bottles and rubbish just left and not cleared away. I informed the desk that we had to make space for our own drinks. To the managers credit he was very apologetic but as a customer I didn’t really need excuses as to why it had happened. Annoyingly when we arrived the empty bar had 3 members of staff just stood around chatting. The room was cleared in 2 minutes so not sure how this was missed. We did get a refund for the tickets but honestly we probably won’t be going back."
