"I waited 8 weeks for them to empty my grey bin. After complaining stage 1 and 2 still did not empty my bin all because the bin men were too lazy to press the button twice to apparently just loosen something they claimed was compact.
8 weeks later I ensured I awaited them. Only then my bin was emptied correctly today 4.8.25
The managers encourage their workers to be lazy and not do proper job, yet their happy to take council tax. Disgusting.
Took to Osbudsman to which I am awaiting their forever investigation."

"Had to wait on hold for five minutes while whoever answered logged in, which you thought would be a pretty basic thing to do before answering. Then I am told they hadn't processed both bits of the form I'd sent in, because ,wait for it, the one department does not forward paperwork to other Council departments. Ridiculous as this was in itself, it got worse. I was supposed to have already known this, and sent the form in virtually- despite the fact that the version they put up to download was read- only.
Needless to say, the employee who hadn't logged in first was no help."
