"We used as an overnight on our bicycle trip. Friendly owner that provides use of an indoor area for eating and cooking, brilliant if the weather turns rubbish. Fabulous were good. Nice grassy pitch. Location meant we walked to wall and Sycamore gap and the local pub that was excellent."

"Very welcoming host, offered a choice of pitches, whatever we’d choose they were all well distanced from other tents, so peaceful and quiet. Facilities spot on, big kitchen, bathroom in excellent condition, super clean, good pressure in the showers, never had to queue - which is def. a big plus. Location fantastic at the foot of the vallum. Would recommend and go back!"
