"This is a great section of Deception Pass State Park. It is a coast section on the north end of the park. There is a rocky beach and long dock. There is a trail to Rosario Head and a camping area. There is a large parking area and plenty of out buildings, picnic areas, and restrooms. There are beautiful views of the surrounding areas from the trail to Rosario Head."
