So I added the state parks pass to my car registration (if you don’t know, for $29 you can add the parks pass to your registration and visit any of the state parks for the whole year). I plan to get around to all of them, but I want to hear what YOUR favorite state park is πŸ˜ƒβ€¦

"Such an awesome place to spend a day! Almost unbelievable it's so close to Pueblo yet looks nothing like the pueblo area. (Thank goodness)!
So many trail systems for hiking, biking, and horseback riding. Lots of space to get away from the daily grind and enjoy some nature. Alot of wildlife and breathtaking views. Clean and open bathrooms available around the park as well. Lots of boats out and about, kayaks, and paddle boards. All around an awesome spot to check out. Not much shade- during summer season bring lots of water and sunscreen.
$10 entry fee for the day (cards accepted) & worth it if you have time to spend there."
