"We went on 4/26/25 when they were celebrating Aurora's 137th birthday with a party! There was Miss Deborah who was painting faces, there was birthday cake, snacks and fun activities for the kids to do. My three year old loved having her face painted and playing outside with the other kiddos. We also went through the Colorado dinosaur exhibit with really cool fossils and bones to check out! There is a huge Torosaurus Skull and a huge woolly mammoth bone! We had a great time and everyone was just so kind to my daughter and I. The best part, admission was FREE!!"

"Very nice, little museum giving you the background of the town. The bonus is that it's free. We were very warmingly welcomed. The displays were nice, and so was the trolly. It's located right next to the police station and the town hall and public library. Sadly, my short time here has made me realize Denver and its surroundings have a few homelessness issues."
