"The Upper Range Light is open to the public and does have tours; the Lower Range Light is still accessible, but you cannot go inside it. The two gentlemen at the Upper Range Light were very knowledgeable bout the range lights, but didn't know about or couldn't find the stamp for the Lighthouse Passport, which was sad. Overall, go see the range lights in Baileys Harbor and walk the trails around them."
