"A lovely picturesque waterfront area. Condos, shops and restaurants. There is a beautiful park called Elijah's park near the parking garage with a playground for the kids. There is lots of street parking as well, all parking is for a fee, 24/7, however, your first 2 hours are free.
A wonderful lineup of events throughout the summer including whiskey on the waterfront, Asian in a bite, movie night and Outdoor Yoga.
Peninsula staff are amazing! They are very visible during events and always looking for input and feedback to be sure they are catering to their customers."

"Beautiful area...coming together nicely. Nice green spaces. It is walkable but somewhat small. I visited slutty vegan and an Asian food festival. Plenty of new shops and housing coming soon. But more importantly ...the infrastructure should be next. It cannot accommodate shops and new influx of residents and vehicles in its current state. Go while it's still nice"

"This area is up and coming. There are several restaurants here, kayaking, distillery and a beautiful view of the water. Great area for solo, groups and children."
