"This is a great place to come and get away from the city for a bit. It's quiet and has a walking area that goes around the lake. It's pretty easy to practice social distancing here as well. The drive up is quite pretty since it is on the scenic Blue Ridge Parkway. Lots of overlooks on the way for gorgeous views and great pictures. Definitely a nice escape during these strange times we find ourselves in."
