"Coler Mountain is a nice preserve for hiking. Although I don't cycle, I do enjoy exploring the scenic hiking trails. One downside of Coler is that some areas of the trail were swarming with mosquitoes, while others were not as bad. We chose a rocky trail that featured many twists and turns, with lots of rocks. Our total hiking distance was 1.5 miles, which was just to get some coffee. The experience was priceless!
We hiked from our vehicle to the Airship coffee shop, which is about half a mile away, to grab a cup of coffee and a smoothie. On the way, we encountered the Rise, which consists of 185 steps; we took the stairs down and the coffee shop wasn't too far out.
