"My Wife and I go every weekend as a form of physical therapy for her. The staff are awesome and always willing to help. I just wish I could get her there through the week as once every weekend isn't enough."

"This place has great facilities, but it’s a pity you have to walk so far to get to the gym and the pool. One thing that keeps me away from this place is the over-friendly boundary-overstepping people in the pool just hanging around. Also, the person at reception said about Disability, “oh, God just made us all different”. Ah No, I had an accident. Its cool They have recycling receptacles and a neat arm spinning class with great music!! Also teach you to swim, compete. Also, if you remember, your family can become members too, even if they’re not disabled. It’s kind of strange when you first become a member they tell you you have to come in so many hours a month but it turns out that’s not the case at all. I think this place gets a lot of funding, but not enough people go because of some people with weird attitudes - they even had to send out a letter warning against harassing behavior."
