"Excellent 3-mile walk around the island. Plenty of seats along the paved walkway to sit and enjoy the beautiful views and two or three places along the walk have portalets, if needed. I suggest walking clockwise to have the wind behind you and enjoy the city of Boston skyline and planes while walking on the way back. Parking area has room for about 25 cars and is free."
JC James
"Great place for a morning or evening hike! The down town view is probably the best from here. There are limited free parking , so get early in the weekends! And traffis is always a challenge around this place, so! I saw some parking spots 0.5 miles away from the parking at the gate! Its a shory walk! The whole walk around the faciility took me roughly 3.5 miles!"
