"I am grateful to all the hardworking folks at Standish Village who have created such a wonderful community right in Lower Mills. My mother moved into the assisted living side about 5 weeks ago. Her quality of life has improved dramatically since then. I feel so comforted and relieved knowing that my mother is not only safe and comfortable, but thriving and enjoying every single day. My mother keeps calling to share all of the fun experiences she is having and new people she is meeting.
At this point, I have met and interacted with quite a few Standish Village employees during my visits to see my mother. Every single person has been kind and welcoming. It is clear Standish Village values all of its employees, which is reflected in how supportive and fun the atmosphere is for the residents. The location in Lower Mills is also a major feature with its nice shops and restaurants, and great options for outdoor walks. We feel lucky to have this place so closeby!"

"My mother is in the Dorchester facility and we couldn't have picked a better place. The staff and administrators are caring, diligent, and patient. My mom loves it here and this is after she fought and resisted being moved to assisted living. She has made friends and enjoys the activities. And she loves her studio apartment.
