"This is a very well maintained camground. We arrived after dark and the campground host was nice enough to get in his golf cart and direct us to our site. The gentleman also guided me in as I backed up my pop up trailer into my spot spot. The next day the host came by to check and make sure we were happy. I asked about a particular review I had read about this campground. It turns out the person who wrote a negative review about putting out a fire and the unfriendly check out was totally out of line. Anyone who puts out a campfire with just a water bottle should know better, there is no push to check out at 11am. Bathrooms very clean and the grounds looked great. Yes be prepared for Flys and Mosquitoes , but it is the grasslands after all. I would definitely consider this if it's your first non mountain trip."
