Reviews Summary

Visitors praise Pringle Nature Center for its educational exhibits and beautiful, peaceful woodland trails. It's a great spot for families to explore nature and learn about local wildlife. Some find the trails confusing, and the proximity of an adventure park can sometimes detract from the quiet atmosphere.

"This used to always be a favorite close hike. Winding trails, thick forest, little streams running through. The nature center offers so much to all. Does classes with school groups and badges for scouts.

But, I would say today was a big disappointment. This was the first time going for us since Boundless Adventures opened. The park part of Boundless Adventures looked awesome. But since it is situated right in the preserve, you cant avoid it. We heard kids screaming and laughing the entire long walk. I dont terribly mind hearing happy kids. But it definitely makes it a difference on the experience of being in the forest.

Trails can get confusing here. But they do pretty good to mark the trails. There were also QR scan codes at several points on the trails for additional info."

Vanessa Grimes

"We stopped by here on a Sunday afternoon to check out this place. We were greeted by a women who told us a little about the park and things that go on there. My son loves looking at all of the things inside the building. They had turtles, cockroaches, snakes, bones, snake skins, and butterflies. They do all kinds of classes and activities throughout the year. It’s a great place to bring kids to get them outside and exploring."

Sarah Tungate

"The Pringle Nature Center is wonderful educational experience. They have may displays of wildlife and local animals. The have a turtle and several fish. They have numerous books for all grade levels. The walk we participated in was great. The trails through the woods are beautiful and peaceful. It is very relaxing to walk through nature."
