Are there any quiet parks, preserves, reserves, forests, wildlife sanctuaries, or refuges in Florida that have hiking trails?
Or as quiet as can be? I recently learned of the quiet parks international organization and it got me wondering if there is anywhere left in florida where you can find "true quiet" without hearing the sound of cars or helicopters, just nature sounds. Any hikers know any spots?

What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise the Withlacoochee State Trail for its beautiful scenery, especially along the river, and its suitability for cycling and wildlife photography. However, some note that trail markings can be inconsistent, and the natural caves, while interesting, are not well-maintained and may contain graffiti.
"Did a 8 mile hike there for two purposes. I am a wildlife photographer and wife getting ready for the AT. Mostly overcast and a good amount of trees for the added “reprieve “ from our Florida sun. All in all, a nice hike and was able to photograph the “elusive” Sherman’s Fox Squirrel. Some trail maintenance looks to be needed, however not too terribly bad. Definitely recommended…"

"Absolutely beautiful park with lots of trails and plenty of caves to explore. The only issues I've found are that the trails are not well marked and that the caves are not maintained by rangers at all, and are covered in graffiti in places."
Noah Von Dauber
"The caves are small but interesting we enjoyed the time spent there"
