What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
The UTRGV Brownsville Campus is appreciated for its beautiful grounds, passionate professors, and supportive student community, offering great spots for photography. However, some visitors and students report significant issues with slow administrative responses and billing problems, which can detract from the overall experience.
"Imagine spending thousands and thousands of dollars, for their service to be so bad that it feels like the staff doesn't even want to help you at all. Depending in your degree if it is something that is offered in TSC through Sam Houston State University I recommend to head there since their service is MILES better. UTRGV takes days to answer emails possibly a whole week and then when they answer, you already owe fees because they didn't do the due diligence into informing what was needed for pending paperwork. Worst part I thought it was just me at first but there is many others having the same issue."
