Everything was well-organized, from the seating to the flow of people. You can tell this place is run tight. Security was solid, professional, and present without being overbearing, which definitely gave me peace of mind. Everyone had to go through metal detectors, and honestly, I appreciated the attention to safety. Overall, a great venue that treats every event like it matters. Whether you're showing up in a suit or sneakers, you're in for a smooth, quality experience."

"The concert hall is beautiful. For the event I attended, they were funneling multiple lines of people through a single security scanner. It was terribly inefficient. At one point, the scanner was solid red, and they were still pushing people through, which displayed that it was also ineffective. Parking is also an issue. Their lot was priced at $10 and filled quickly, there is free street parking but if you are attending an event that will full the hall you'll want to arrive early to avoid a hike."
