We had dinner at Cielo and the service was beyond exceptional. Enrique made us feel welcome and took his time to walk through the menu. The old fashion was truly a drink to experience. Every staff member was courteous and said hello. That I something that you don’t experience lately. It’s odd that the view of the valley below was beautiful from the men’s room and not the restaurant itself but that is the only criticism. Jose the assistant server was so helpful and we enjoyed his company too. Their staff is just the best ever! The food was amazing and we highly recommend you having dinner here. We did dress smart casual but I wish others did the same. Many looked like the were going to the beach or dinner at chilis rather than a 4 star restaurant."

I must say, the casino is impressive, the music space is exceptionally arranged, and the personnel is outstanding. Each time I visit, the concert staff and bartenders are exceptionally pleasant and accommodating. Additionally, I appreciate the sense of safety at these concerts; the security screening process is efficient, allowing for proximity to the artists. Furthermore, there is a coffee shop on-site, which is an excellent venue for enjoying coffee and desserts. It is quite pleasant! The cuisine of the casino's restaurants is exquisite. Outstanding!
The casino is immaculate, primarily due to the staff, including bartenders, waitresses, and all personnel, who consistently provide exceptional service. Additionally, I appreciate your proximity to the outlets. I have not personally stayed there, but friends inform me that the rooms are rather pleasant.
