"Nice spot to take the dog hiking! (That’s also free!) I did Red Dome and the Canyon View Loop. Red dome was pretty easy and flat. The “red dome” itself isn’t too exciting, but it’s a nice easy hike through the desert.
The canyon view loop is a challenging climb up switchbacks with stunning views! I think it’s a much more rewarding hike if you physically able.
All in all, good place to take your dog if you’re in Palm Springs and want to hike."
