"Went here on a Saturday morning. Parking was easy to find and not too busy.
We did a 4 mile hike along the reserve. There's various trails along the way. We took one that took us to the top of the hill in a small forested area. Trails weren't too hard to go through. Some steepness on certain parts, but nothing too challenging. The downhill was a challenge for me since I've had knee surgery (torn meniscus and replaced patela), so I used hiking sticks and took my time. Really nice wood-themed benches and chairs along the way and nice views of the beach.
Overall, definitely worth doing a nice walk along the cliffs or do the more challenging hikes on the hills."

"Easy wooden plank trail and if you want to be more adventurous, you could take other trails up through the trees and wood and over the hill,"
