"Beautiful views! Parking is plenty, but the light house area is quite a walk from parking - BUT this little spot in the world is so beautiful!!
There are food trucks in several areas in this park - we tried the blueberry pie ice cream and the black raspberry ice cream truck near the light house and it was AMAZING!
There is a small fee for parking, but the parking meters are easily accessible. There are porta-potties near the parking area."

"A beautiful lighthouse! Parking can be a bit tricky, but once you’re there it’s absolutely worth it. The area has plenty of space to walk, sit, and enjoy a picnic, all with stunning ocean views. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing — perfect for spending a couple of hours unwinding. Definitely a must-visit if you’re in Portland, Maine!"

"My mother and I went to see Portland Head Light & Fort Williams Park on Tuesday, September 30th. It’s a big, busy place! And the parking could be a challenge to find one. I found one in two minutes when we arrived. The park is all free when you enter. But the parking that you have to pay that you select from 1 to 4 hours to stay or hang out at the park or see the Head Light.
We had a quick great time and got our ice cream from the ice cream vendor. I got the Black Raspberry that was really sweet and good! My mom got Strawberry that was really good!
This park has a bunch of walk trails that you can explore around. A ton of people all over the park!"
