What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Tumbleweed Park is widely praised as a fantastic community resource with diverse recreational facilities for all ages, from its popular Playtopia playground and extensive sports courts to its indoor track and community center programs. While the park is generally well-maintained and offers ample space, some visitors note that the front desk staff at the Rec Center could be friendlier, though exceptions are noted.
"Great community gym with flexible and reasonable pricing options if you live in the community. Clean, well ventilated. Good indoor walking/running track, especially critical during hot summer months. Lots of opportunities to play or practice basketball, ping-pong, picleball, tennis, strength training, cardio, yoga, etc! Front/reception staff could be friendlier. With some exceptions, they seem a bit indifferent and cold, like you are an inconvenience to them. But there ARE exceptions, wwith a few reception folks being extremely helpful and friendly. I haven't used the trainers, but they seem to be very friendly and helpful. My wife has attended a couple of the classes and enjoyed them. Overall it's a great option for a low-pressure (few to no grunting show-offs) environment, with varied equipment, good facilities and great indoor and outdoor options!"

"Beautiful, enormous park. Always a lot of people here but it is so big and there are plenty of ramadas, benches, and picnic tables that out doesn't feel overly busy. My 9 and 10 year olds love coming here every weekend. Also, clean bathrooms and a couple vending machines."
