"WARNING FOR SUMMER INTERNS THINKING ABOUT STAYING HERE:
Queens will NOT refund your security deposit, and tries to stall out the dispute period of your credit card. The air conditioning broke for 3 days and the power went out, and we were not refunded despite this violating the amenities list they were contractually obligated to provide. I had to throw away $220 of groceries, and they did nothing about it. The kitchens are filthy and many of the appliances are not properly maintained, consistently broken sinks and faulty induction burners. The fridge on my floor had a toilet plunger inside, and was basically unusable due to the smell. Staying here is like paying for what you think is a regular hotel room, except when you get there you realize there isn't a bed and you need to sleep on a dirty floor. The two good things I have to say about this place is it is in a nice neighborhood and the gym is well maintained. Other than that, this place was horrible."
