🖼️ We are so excited to share with you this hidden gem - a contemporary art gallery that we visited last week called Les Yeux du Monde, “The Eyes of the World”. A quick drive from downtown Charlottesville - take Rt. 20 north, meander up a wooded dirt road, whimsical sculptures along the way, to this unique mountaintop home and gallery that sit side-by-side. Once you enter the gallery, you begin to...

Visitors appreciate the beautiful setting and curated displays, though the journey can be a bit challenging.

"Definitely pretty cool to go to. But the road there is a little scary and if you have to do a u turn you're shit out of luck. It is free but the paintings are truly expensive. I'm guessing just a well off artists who built his own art gallery on his property. It's his house. I'm not sure if it was really for my crowd per say.

To reply to the owner I do appreciate the quick response. I do understand the pricing, and I appreciate someone taking the time to make an open space for artist. The art was beautiful and thought provoking. It just felt like a place to buy art. Maybe not see it?

I had to do a u turn to get there and almost got stuck in someone else's yard 😅😅😅 I'm just a girl! I'd car pool over both showing up separately."
