One thing I love about Hampton Roads is how easy it is to access and explore different cities. A great friend of mine introduced me to the Chesapeake Arboretum earlier this year. If you’re a fan of jogging and walking in nature you will love it! I challenge you to get out and explore. #homegoals #bodygoals #mentalhealth #nature #chesapeake #explore #trails #naturewalks #community #sza #novembe...

"We absolutely love the Arboretum. It’s free and absolutely beautiful. It’s especially nice on a hot day because it’s mostly shaded. There is water and bridges and my kids have a lot of fun walking around. There are numerous different trails and paths to walk around. One thing to be aware of is if is there is a lot of poison ivy, however the dedicated paths are clear. The park is clean and honestly not very busy. It’s nice for a peaceful walk and also a great place to have a picnic or just sit and relax. I’m surprised it isn’t more busy. Highly recommend!"
