"Buyer beware of clicking on anything related to tickets at this venue through Stubhub. There was a service fee of $35.00 per ticket and zero explanation as to why!!! You will have to download either the Stubhub or Ticketmaster App in order to gain entry to the venue as no screenshots or email verifications are accepted.
GOOGLE Maps GPS navigation from I-75 into downtown helped immensely and the adjoining garage created convenience to walk directly from the parking area to the landing or main entry that boasts a beautiful view South of the Ohio River and area. Handicapped access as well as charging stations were prevalent, as well as elevator entry and access. The garage is only about one light from another bridge that provides entry into Cinci from N. Ky.
All the Police, vendors selling T-shirts in the garage and on the landing, and working to direct traffic after the event were friendly and had that conservative Midwest, but still Ohio kind of charm that we are known for. We literally had 0 negatives to say about anyone or anything!
Heritage Bank designed the venue with seating and acoustics that sounded and looked amazing. It was a sight for the senses as a friend and I sat,, sang, and cheered through music by MAMMOTH, DAUGHTRY and finally CREED! Even in the nosebleeds I don't think the place has a bad seat. Balconies are surprisingly void of cast concrete steps leading from the first floor landing all the way up the highest seats. Be aware this can and does pose a very serious fall risk!
Laser lights were on overkill. Pyrotechnics shot massive plumes of fire from behind the drum riser, a more traditional light show and forced 20 foot long smoke, and during their finale sparks fell in huge chunks of gold from above the drums. Handicapped seating is available with landing areas so those in wheelchairs can enjoy the show.
T-shirts at the venue began in price at about $45 each and were as much as $85 or more. Food was what one may expect, nacho chips and cheese dip, or pretzels, bottle water and brews. Since no outside beverages are allowed as an added deterrent to identify having bought it there, all lids are removed and are not given to you when you buy a bottle of water.
Leaving out the garage makes those driving all travel in the same direction with options to turn uptown for several blocks in order to leave to ones respective homes on either side of the river. The city is well signed, and used cones and barriers to best accommodate drivers. I highly recommend this venue. Thank you to the staff of the Heritage Bank Arena and Cincinnati Police. "This was amazing experience at this venue. It was walking distance from my hotel and it's also right across the street from the baseball park. Very easy to navigate to get inside the bank center along with navigating to get to your seat. There is an abundance of refreshment stands along with cocktails, food, etc. Seating in the Heritage Bank center is easy to navigate. There were an abundance of people to help you to your seat. It is easy to view the stage in addition to the big screens when you're in the bank center. I can see this being a very popular Bennu for live performances."
