Reviews Summary

Visitors consistently praise the Delta Blues Museum as a fantastic and essential stop for anyone interested in the genre. Its extensive collection of artifacts and detailed historical exhibits are highly appreciated, though some note the lack of photography inside. The museum's location in a historic train depot and its role in preserving blues heritage are frequently highlighted as major positives.

"Great place, one the best place to visit in this town. Guest service employee was extremely friendly and helpful. Lots of information in the museum. I highly recommend, but not photos inside.
And there is a mall gift shop.
There is a Entry fee, but they offer the usual discounts."

"Great museum, it gets better every time I visit, which is about every other year or so due to living in a different state. Museum has expanded, nice and cold with a very nice gift shop selling t shirts and memorabilia, staff working there was friendly and knowledgeable, give her a bonus! The museum is located downtown Clarksdale, Ms which seems to be going through a revitalization, also there's a main stage right next to the museum, we loved it and took lots of photos. If you're a Coahoma county resident, entry is free, all others, pay a small fee to enter and it's worth it. If you're in the area, you'd be crazy to bypass this gem of a museum in the heart of Clarksdale, Ms."

Renee J.

"Really fantastic museum which lays out lots of famous and obscure musicians from the region. The main room is packed with artifacts, including guitars and outfits worn by the musicians. You could easily spend an entire afternoon here if you take your time and read everything. It's maybe not the most modern museum, but it was fun, interesting and well thought out. Highly recommended!"
