"Very efficient process when you bring the required documents. Personnel were exceptionally helpful and got me in and out in 20 minutes!"

"I understand that your team may be handling a high volume of requests, but I am frustrated by the long wait times and the slow service I have experienced during my visits. For instance, during my last appointment, I waited over an hour beyond the scheduled time, which significantly disrupted my day. I believe that implementing a more efficient scheduling system or increasing staff during peak hours could help alleviate these delays. I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope for a more streamlined experience in the future."

"I recently retired and was trying to update my DEERS to reflect my status so I could get healthcare coverage. I tried everything and called everybody I could get in touch with. Most people wouldn’t answer the phone or the ID card centers phones weren’t listed on the regions website or on Google. The guy at DCMC told me to go to an ID lab and have them do it. MCRD refuses to do it so I went to 32nd St., the retired ID lab is no longer on Harbor Drive but at anchors and spurs. I went over there and they were closed due to budget restraints. I came back the next day and the line was outrageous so I drove over to Coronado got in line for about 10 minutes and they totally took care of me. They were so friendly and knowledgeable and didn’t hesitate to help me. I am so lucky I found them. The Coronado pass an ID lab rocks!"
