"Bayliss Park a little urban Park that I found in the middle of Council, Bluff, Iowa it was full of history, had a killer fountain I am told that during the warmer months that there’s a lot of different free concerts and activities and they light up the fountain that’s when you need to go there and I will be back there great place"

"It's a beautiful place especially during the winter lights. Many people choose to get married there. It's open to the public and you will get many children and strangers in your pictures. I think it works out better to have the post wedding pictures at the fountain and, not the entire ceremony. The Lewis and Clark monument is just as beautiful and, often less crowded as it is more difficult to get to or, even the walking trails near Crescent."
Donnie Keller
"Beautiful Downtown Park, wish the Fountains would of been on. But the walk thru the park was Very Relaxing and Senic."
